How The Laser Rack Works &
How To Use

All, if not most, pool tables have
existing marks on the rail surface. More commonly known as diamonds or
dots. [see Fig. 1 below]

Fig. 1
A properly racked set of billiard balls
would have the head ball positioned such that it sits right at the intersecting
point A of lines 1 & 2. This point A is where you normally find the
"foot Spot" sticker affixed. Lines 1 & 2 correspond to the
existing diamonds/dots on the pool table. [see
Fig. 2 below]

Fig. 2
There are 3 lasers on the rack. The
top laser points forward and away from the balls. The other 2 lasers point
away from the left and right. The important thing to note here is that the
left & right lasers are at 90 degrees with respect to the top laser.
This ensures a perfectly positioned rack. No more "crooked"
racks! Laser positions are precisely calibrated at our factory. [see
Fig. 3 below]

Fig. 3
Each laser projects a red dot onto the
inner sides of the cushions. Although optional, we recommend the use of alignment decals
(supplied). These are affixed to the inside
of the cushions to aid in perfect alignment of the rack. By the way, the
stickers are positioned well below the contact point of the cushions and do not
affect play. [see Fig. 4 below]

How To Use The Laser Rack:
[refer to Fig. 5 below]
-
Simply place the rack
flat on the table surface.
-
Place your billiard balls inside the
rack.
-
Position
the rack w/balls by aligning the SIDE (L&R) red laser dots with the supplied alignment decals on the
cushions. DO THIS BEFORE ATTEMPTING TO ALIGN THE FRONT LASER.
-
When aligning the front laser, shift
the whole rack instead of twisting. This will keep your side
lasers aligned.
-
Remove the rack from the playing
surface and BREAK 'EM!
