1. Q:  Does The Laser Rack work for all pool table sizes?
   A:  It has been successfully tested on bar tables, 3 1/2' x 7' tables, and 4 1/2' x 9' tables.

2. Q:  When will The Laser Rack be available?
   A:  Tentatively August 2008.  We are scheduled to have a limited quantity available at that time.

3. Q:  I'm a billiards retailer, how do I go about offering The Laser Rack to my customers?
   A:  At this time, The Laser Rack will only be available for purchase direct from us via our secure shopping cart.  However, we will be setting up a dealer network in the near future.  Please contact us via this form to express your company's interest to carry our product.

4. Q:  Do you offer a manufacturer's warranty?
   A:  Yes, a 1-year limited warranty.

5. Q:  What type of batteries does it use and how hard to replace?
   A:  AAA batteries.  Easy to replace... just remove battery cover.

6. Q:  Will the lasers require periodic calibration?
   A:  No, the lasers are calibrated at our factory and will not need regular maintenance.  If a laser(s) become out-of-spec, we will re-calibrate them at no charge (less shipping).

7. Q:  I live in the U.K., how do I get my own Laser Rack?
   A:  We are currently working on the logistics to make The Laser Rack available internationally.  Please join the "Waiting List" so we can keep track of all interested parties.

8. Q:  Can I see a demonstration of The Laser Rack?
   A:  If you are located in Southern California, we'd be happy to set up a meeting to demonstrate.  We do plan on exhibiting at the BCA Expo this June 2008 in Charlotte, NC.  Also, we may exhibit during the APA Singles & Team National Championships in Las Vegas, NV (May & August 2008).  Lastly, we will be making a demonstration video.  Join our mailing list to keep updated.
